1.Mask machine introduction
The mask machine is to make various masks with certain filtering performance through processes such as hot pressing, folding molding, ultrasonic welding, scrap removal, welding of ear bands and nose bridge strips, etc. The mask equipment is not a single machine, it requires The cooperation of multiple machines completes various processes. Our common non-woven flat (common medical mask) mask machine has a production efficiency of about 120-150PCS / MIN.
2.Mask production process
Production process of disposable medical masks:
(1). Selection of raw materials: Choose appropriate amount of PP non-woven fabric, nose bridge strip, silk thread, antibacterial filter paper, activated carbon cloth, waterproof breathable membrane, non-woven edging material and ear band.
(2). Production of tablets: Hang PP non-woven fabric raw materials, anti-bacterial filter paper, activated carbon cloth and waterproof breathable membrane on the mask sheeter's material rack, and debug the machine to produce automatically.
(3). Welding synthetic type: Place the nose bridge strip over the mask sheet, and then fold the mask sheet and wrap the nose bridge strip.
(4). Inner workshop: sterilize the masks and vacuum seal them.
(5). Outsourced shipment: centrally integrate packaged masks into external packaging shipments.
3.Full automatic mask production line + inverter application program
