Due to the global Covid-19 epidemic ,the 127th Canton Fair will be held online for the first time from June 15 to 24.Currently,relevant departments and units of the company are making intensive preparations for the exhibition.On May 8th,the company released the exhibition publicity through WeChat official account and official website at the same time,to actively promote the company’s participation in the exhibition.
Due to the special online form of the Canton Fair,the preparatory stage of the exhibiton must fully display materials,improve the display means,to fully prepare for the full display of products.After receiving the exhibition task,the company held several special meetings to make corresponding arrangements.With the cooperation of various business departments,the company has completed the survey and sorting of exhibition pictures,centralized shooting and exhibition information uploading as planned.
In order to fully guarantee the hardware facilities required for online live broadcast,the company,according to the characteristics of each exhibition department,USES the limited office space to layout the “1+1+1”type broadcast room,namely 1 “main broadcast room”,1 “meeting room” and 1”product exhibition hall”.Among them,the main broadcast room is mainly used for the main commodities and new products publicity and release of the participating departments in the Current Canton Fair,while the meeting room and product exhibition hall are mainly used for live broadcast interaction with customers during the development of the participating departments,and the company parovides unified hardware support.
It will be one of the highlights of the online Canton Fair for foreign trade salesmen to change into “host broadcasting with goods”.The company not only specialized in the “live broadcast module” for many times of special training and on-site demonstration,but also arranged for all participants to take turns for the pilot rehearsal;All the business departments are going all out to draft the live broadcast scripts,cooperate with the practice repeatedly,and summarize,adjust and improve the problems in the pilot in a timely manner,so as to ensure the completion of the exhibition task with the professional level and the best state.
