Application Case:
1. Ball mill:
Load characteristics:it is required to have enough starting torque to meet the requirement of large load of ball mill,and ensure that the equipment can make the motor run smoothly under the condition of frequency conversion,and ensure the motor has constant power characteristic.
The variable frequency speed control system is used to transform the original ball mill drive system,which can meet the normal operation of the ball mill at low speed,ensure the normal process control quality,prolong the service life of the ball mill and motor,and reduce the maintenance.

4. Electromagnetic stirring
With the help of electromagnetic force generated by induction in the liquid cavity of the casting billet,the electromagnetic stirrer enhances the movement of molten steel,which is mainly rotational motion.The alternating magnetic field excited by the agitator penetrates into the molten steel of the casting billet,where and induced current is generated.This induced current interacts with the coil magnetic field to generate an electromagnetic force,thus driving the molten steel to move.
